By Adobe policies, an End User Account (Customer Account) can only be associated to one unique email address (administration email). The email address provided on the End Customer acccount (previous steps) will be set as the Administration User of the licenses.
Adobe will send an email to the administration email with the instructions to access the licenses. If your Customer does not receive the email, please send an email to the MC3 Cloud Support for assistance.
Cancellation of an Adobe order is only available during the first fourteen CALENDAR days (14) of an executed order.
ALL subscriptions are automatically renewed and invoiced unless a renewal cancellation request is submitted or a request to disable automatic renewal is received with at least 3 BUSINESS days in advance of the end of the current subscription term.
